The use of data purchased by Data Buyers can be very easy, for example, purchasing temperature and rainfall data provided by neighboring office buildings to have accurate local readings to more complex, such as purchasing data to train a person's AI.

Data Processor

Data Processors are Data Buyers who purchase data with
explicit intent to enrich the data and resell it or handle it for their clients.
Enrichment can take many forms and Data Processors can be categorized
based on the level of insight provided:

Simple data services are the most common. Data brokers collect data from multiple sources and offer them in collected and conditioned form - data that would otherwise be fragmented, contradictory and sometimes unreliable.
The intelligent data service provides conditioned and calculated data, with analytical rules and calculations applied to gain further insight from the data collected and assist the decision-making process. (eg Artificial Intelligence)
The adaptive data service applies analytics to customer-specific data data combined with data in context storage. This is a more advanced form of service.
